My practice is financially accessible by design, in order to provide high-quality therapy to people who have historically been underserved by psychotherapy services.

I operate a self-selecting fee range for phone and Zoom therapy, from £30 to £50 per hour. I ask that you locate a point within this range which is reflective of your own financial capacity, to ensure that your therapy is as accessible and sustainable as possible; I am happy for this to be part of our initial contracting. Your chosen fee can be changed and re-contracted as the therapy progresses, if your circumstances change. 

You'll be invoiced via email within 24 hours of your session with all of the details you need.

Payment is due within 7 days after your session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please contact me if you're having difficulties paying; I have a very limited number of pay-what-you-can sessions spaces available for trans+ people. 

To avoid building up a large invoice, non-payment of two consecutive sessions will mean you can't book any further sessions.

Sessions cancelled with 24hrs or more notice will not be charged; less than 24hrs notice will be charged unless they are rescheduled.

I will hold a session space for 15 minutes after our agreed start time. To maintain safe therapeutic processing, if you are more than 15 minutes late to a session, it will be counted as a cancellation and be charged and/or rescheduled.
